Return Policy Effective Date: 08/31/2025 At Tacron Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. 1. Eligibility for Returns Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in new, unused, and original condition with tags/packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required. 2. How to Request a Return To initiate a return or exchange: Email tacrongear@gmail.com with the subject line: “RETURN PRODUCT.” Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and whether you are requesting an exchange for a different size or a refund. Our team will provide you with instructions for completing your return. 3. Refunds & Exchanges Exchanges: We will ship your requested size once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. 4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Tacron Gear does not provide prepaid shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return. 5. Non-Returnable Items Items not returned in their original condition. Items returned after the 30-day window.
